Learn a multitude of simple but effective preventative comfort remedies you can create with basic kitchen ingredients, plus three immunie/antiviral herbs to have on hand.
Susan is a therapeutic herbailst who has spent the past 30 years practicing and teaching others about herbs and their uses. She is a memebr of the South Jersey Unit.
